Jasmine McFalls
Founder & Lead Teacher
Jasmine McFalls was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She is an internationally experienced, two-time graduate from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s of Science in Early Childhood Development & Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Teacher Leadership.
She also holds a certificate of Diversity Literacy (specializing in the unique needs of African American students). Her international experience includes educating children in Uganda, Africa and Belize, Central America. Prior to opening McFalls Academy, she was an elementary school teacher for Jefferson County Public Schools. She is married to Xavier McFalls, and together they have a daughter named Josilee.
Olivia Montgomery
Teaching Assistant
Olivia has been an assistant teacher at McFalls Academy for 3 years. Olivia is a dog mom of 3 and loves all things Disney! She shares her excitement with everyone who surrounds her. Olivia is caring, compassionate, and loving.
Her joy is radiant and reflects in her teaching and interactions with her students. Olivia loves seeing the smiling faces of McFalls Academy students and loves watching them grow both academically and emotionally.
